I called Eric to set up a time for us to meet and he could take a look at the car. He went over the options that would work with my husbands car and I chose one. Eric had it in stock, but since I wanted it to be a surprise, we wrapped the remote keychain for the alarm and I gave it to my husband for Christmas last year. Eric set up a time with my husband where it would be convenient to take the car for a few hours to install the alarm/remote start. The installation went great and he uses it all the time!
