"Had used another company previously but was looking to change to another company. Found SealPro on this site, and after reading some reviews and checking their site I called and asked a few follow up questions. Satisfied with the answers I retained SealPro. There price was competitive with what I previously paid, but I can't say if the price was high, low or just right since I didn't get other estimates. Had to wait a while for them to schedule me, and that happened only when I called to inquire as to when they might be coming. I was told that due to the amount of rain they were a bit backed up (reasonable answer) and they could actually schedule me in a couple of days. They showed up on time, worked quickly and cleanly, and the driveway looks as good as one could hope for given what sealing does. The few questions I had when they were on site were answered well, and I felt very comfortable with my choice. Just have to manage your expectations because there were a few imperfections and I actually consulted someone I know out of state who explained to me what causes those imperfections, in that sealing is not a resurfacing and imperfections that were there previously sometimes become more noticeable with a fresh application of sealant."

"Tom worked with us over a period of time to replace our front stoop after damage sustained from a furniture delivery. He was very responsive to emails and we were able to work things out for us to have the stoop replaced in a time frame that worked for both of us. Seamus came and did the work as discussed and we are very happy with our new front stoop. I would not hesitate to use Tom and Suburban Asphalt again."

We initially just wanted to have some ac sleeves removed and bricked up since we were planning to upgrade to ductless ac but after meeting with Kamran we decided to get our flat roof refinished as well. They showed up on time and completed the work quickly, while they have had great reviews in the past years I feel that either I am expecting too much or their workmanship is no longer the same as before. "After interviewing several hardscape contractors to perform a sizeable backyard remodel we went with Bongiornos Contracting. From the first step through each succeeding phase of the project I found both Chuck and C.J to be super knowledgeable and very receptive to all our concerns. They offered valuable insight in choosing the materials, the paver layout and the garden wall height/layout. The team of installers showed up every day promptly and while parking on my block was tight with the pallets of materials and trucks they did their best to minimize the disruption to my neighbors. The paver work, including the inlay and border pavers, was outstanding and exceeded expectations. A few minor hiccups occurred which is normal for a job this size but all were taken care of to my complete satisfaction. "I called several companies to give me an idea on design and price for a pondless water feature. Don, owner of Backyard Tropicals, returned my call promptly. He came over the following day and spent about an hour talking about what could be done in the space I had in my backyard. Don came back several days later and showed me a drawing of what his vision was and gave me a price. <br />After talking with other companies, I decided to go with Backyard Tropicals and he exceeded any expectations that I had. Don was on the job all the time and did most of the work himself. He did have a helper who came as needed. <br />We went with a cinder block wall as a support structure and once the gravel and dirt was added Don performed his magic in creating a fantastic pondless water feature. He took his time placing the moss rock until his vision came to fruition. He listened intently to what we wanted and he delivered! After the feature was completed he then added a number of low voltage lights and shrubs which complimented both the water feature as well as the surrounding area. He then netted the pond to kept leaves and debris from clogging the pump. <br />The job was completed today, 10/19/15, and I could not wait until dark to run the pond and have the lights lit. It was beautiful. I could not have asked for anything better. My wife loved his work and several of my neighbors stopped by and said this was one of the best water features they have ever seen. <br />Don was a delight to work with taking time out to walk you through the process and answering any questions. He was pleasant, funny and very hard working. He gives you more than what you paid for. He is fully behind any project he completes and even tells you that you can reach him anytime if there are any questions and/or issues - which I expect no problems at all. <br />I would recommend Don and Backyard Tropicals to everyone. I hope that he posts a picture of his creation on his web site for everyone to see. I know that I will enjoy this feature especially next spring & summer while I am laying in my hammock with a glass of wine and listening to the serenity of the water flowing. "They did a terrific job installing my brick patio, approx 28 feet by 22 feet. I pulled up 7 year old pavers during construction, which they were able to reuse. Some were different shades, and the crew sorted and wove the colors into a seamless pattern. They did an expert job building steps, and grading the backyard for water runoff. They know what they are doing and I highly recommend them. I couldn't be happier with the result. <br />"

A & A Innovative was hired to install valve cover, fill in the opening with gravel and concrete, cover the hole with concrete and level off with floor. The procedure was explained in professional and layman's terms, I was able to take photos as the work proceeded, the worker was on time. Area left clean. The price was very reasonable."
