"Overall, very well. Our point of contact was very responsive and professional. The crews were smart, approachable, hard working and kept a clean work environment. My only criticism is that Brown sub'd out the plumbing test to Olshan, which got in over its head on a clean out installation of a 3-inch cast iron pipe in the plumbing system of my 1962 house. Ultimately, I went with another plumber to do the repair, but Brown was understanding and apologetic about the deal. Browjn paid for the clean-out installation, and did everything they could do get Oslshan to repair the pipe, but I came out a little bit to get a better plumber out there to do the pipe repair. Overall, I'd recommend Brown in a heartbeat. Lifetime, transferable warranty; reasonable price; and a great job! Only caution would be to have a good, trusted plumber in your back pocket in case Brown's plumbing sub gets sketch on you."

"Fantastic !!! Cody Irrigation installed new model sprinkler controller box which includes newer control features as well as additional zone for drip system. All watering now completely controlled automatically. Also included approx. 4 yards of specialized topsoil fill around 2-3 feet of foundation and completely re-sodded with grass. Checked and adjusted all sprinkler heads, added new ones where needed and brought in additional mulch for bushes in front of house. Total work crew of 3 and took approx. 2 days to complete. A lot of work for a very reasonable price. Gave me good tutorial on new controller box which is very nice with all the features needed to completely automate watering zones and cycles including foundation drip system. Have used Cody Irrigation for last 7-8 years - work is always very professional, timely and priced to the smallest detail part. H2O Sprinkler Systems came out and accessed the sprinklers at our home that were inoperable. They suggested replacing the whole sprinkler system and was ready to install it. I will check around for another quote or two before I make a decision. They were very professional and responded in hours notice. I would definitely use them in the future.

*Okay, so I went ahead and decided to use H2O Sprinkler Systems. It was a rewarding experience. Once they came out and did the Sprinkler Tune-up, they saw the sprinkler system was outdated and could be updated. While the yard estimate was being conducted, Jared told me he had an irrigation guy named Doug who could improve my lawn. At first, I was like okay I will get an estimate. In the meantime, I was getting quotes from other companies. H2O were reasonably priced so I decided to go with them. They were very busy and pushed my start dates back once or twice which was my only complaint but I understand. So, come game day they showed up on time and were ready to work. They tilled the front and back yard, replaced the sprinkler heads, installed a battery pack, and laid the dirt and grass. The home looked completely amazing from front to back and the water sprinklers were working like they were when we first moved in. These guys are great at what they do and are very professional. I look forward to working with them in the future.

"They did a great job! It went faster than I expected. I asked one of the guys if he had time, would he check a leak under my kitchen sink. He was very thorough. It turns out that we had a bolt still attached underneath the sink from a previous water filter installation. We needed a different type of bolt and he switched the bolts for free! He even gave me some much needed advice to help prevent further leaks from the faucet area. I really appreciated the extra mile! I am very pleased with Lone Star Water Services and would gladly recommend them to others."
