I have renovated and installed numerous high-end bathrooms and if I had known about Chris in the past, it would have saved me a lot of disappointment.. Chris takes great pride in his impeccable work and really cares whether his customer is happy. I didn't mind waiting for him because it was imperative that our bathroom be restored properly. The new stone needed to be integrated with the existing Italian limestone with an unusual, unmatchable hue (even different parts of the same quarry can produce different hues of limestone). Ultimately, what was most important to us was the skill of the tile installer. I have hired installers who could not mix new grout to match the old, failed to mix up the stone so that the colors were dispersed properly on the wall, and/or did not realize that they needed to build up the surface under the new stone so it was perfectly level with the old. One can easily spend a small fortune and end up unhappy. Not with Chris. There is no part of stone installation that he doesn't understand and you will absolutely love his work. He integrated the stone flawlessly. Chris was recommended by a master plumber who has seen thousands of tile jobs. Don't get impatient and hire anyone who can do your work tomorrow. The angst of a wait goes away but an imperfect job purchased with your hard-earned money lasts forever. Oh! I showed him the areas of grout I was concerned about and he pointed out that the caulk and grout needed replacing, not only cleaning (which is really what All Points specializes in). He also took a look at the sink and identified where it could be leaking water and causing mold/mildew issues. He even recommended another company I could call to do the work. I really appreciate him taking the time to help me out like this, especially since he didn't have to. "I purchased this company's Angie's List Deal in May, 2015.  Franco responded very quickly following the purchase and called to schedule time to measure my kitchen for backsplash installation.  I had a sample of the tile at that time, so he was able to provide a list of supplies needed (mastic, grout, etc.)  I told him the tile was special order and I wasn't sure of when it would be in stock.  Franco followed up regularaly to check the status.  The tile was FINALLY delivered mid-July.  Franco worked with me (he even offered to install on a Sunday! on an installation date.  He arrived on July 27 promptly as promised at 9:00 a.m. and worked non-stop until 5:00 p.m. (didn't even take a break) to complete the job.  The result is beautiful and I would strongly recommend Forever Showers Tile & Stone to anyone!

"Alex was very punctual and professional.  He explained how he would clean the grout and after each room asked me to check to see if anything more needed to be done.  He went back over a few problems areas and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the results.  I asked about sealing and the price he gave me was very reasonable.  He was able to do it after the cleaning, rather than having to schedule another appointment.  The results are wonderful - my floors look like new.  I would certainly recommend Alex and All In One and will definitely use them again.
