They tore the walls down, added joining walls, joined the roof, replaced an entry door with a window, added 2 rooms to the added structure, and the sub flooring and flooring of the other structure. It looks so great! We have more projects and definitely will be contracting them again. They communicated well and were so easy to work with."

"I Highly Recommend Stacy Calahan at Calahan Construction & Air! It was in middle of summer 2019, hotter than you can imagine inside my house even with 2 portable a/c units running in LR trying to mitigate some of the heat while waiting on my a/c company to help me. I found Calahan Construction & Air... Stacy came out quickly diagnosed the problem right away, my unit was dead (I had been nursing it over last few years) but I couldn’t purchase a new unit until I got in a place to fund a house remodel. So, I needed a used 5 ton unit - not an easy ask, but Stacy found one and installed it w/in 24 hours for a price that did not break the bank (about the same cost as 2 top of the line portable air conditioners, which I returned!) "This was the first time I had done major renovations. When I started talking to contractors to get quotes I found that they were telling me what I wanted instead of trying to give me what I thought I wanted. Gary was so different. He listened to me and wanted to understand what I envisioned. He gave suggestions on how to go about it and when he didn't think something was the best option, he always had a solution. He was very responsive and patient with all my questions. Enrique and his team were wonderful. They did an incredible job and were so kind and respectful of my space. Through the renovations, I was working from home and they made it much easier than I expected. I could not be happier with the results. My master shower is amazing! The garden tub was removed and the new shower encompasses the space of the old shower and the garden tub. It is long enough that it didn't require a shower door. It is everything I wanted. In the kitchen, the new countertops, cabinets and backlash are spectacular. The guest bath had an odd angle that actually looked like it may have initially been measured wrong! Gary was diligent in finding a great vanity solution that looks like it was made for the space. I would highly recommend Gary and I know if there is additional work I need in my home, Gary will be my first call!"

"Storm and Bob are the nicest guys!   Our three small doggies were happy to see them arrive each morning.  They were careful around our pets, making sure they weren't in harm's way and didn't escape out the door. 
They took care of our house,  placing drop-cloths over our wooden floors.so they wouldn't mar the finish.  They removed the old shower and tub, carefully preserving the existing tile on the floor and adjacent walls.  They removed all decayed wood and replaced it with new lumber. They carefully brought in the new shower pieces and assembled the new shower.  They repeatedly asked us to review their work and asked if they were meeting our expectations.  They cleaned up their work area and left the house in excellent shape.
My wife and I are extremely pleased with their handiwork and professional expertise.  We will be asking them to perform additional work on our house and strongly recommend them.
