They efficiently worked with my homeowner's insurance on remediation and restoration claims. Work was then scheduled immediately and repairs look great. They replaced damage carpet pad, re-stretched the carpet, replaced insulation, sheet rocked, and repainted our garage ceiling. Tony, the Project Manager, did an awesome job of explaining the process, checking in to see that things were getting done, and following up on questions. Would definitely recommend them."

So I then called S.O.S. and was taken aback by being greeted so professionally by the person taking calls and setting up appointments. Her name I was told: "Cody." She was above and beyond what anyone would normally experience from individuals responding to calls these days. She worked around an already full schedule to arrange a service call the very day of my call, which was so appreciated.
