"They came right away and sucked out 4 inches of water, left a huge dehumidifier and blowers, hauled away my wet stuff, consulted on what could be saved, let me know what to do for insurance, and then came and cleaned the basement (unfinished cement basement) completely with a powerwash. made for someone to come out to do estimate.  They arrived on time and explained
