"After some water damaged a wall and some carpeting, the construction team worked with me to remove the ruined materials and replace the carpeting with all new laminate wood flooring. Combined with a new paint job, I was blown away by how amazing the room looked. The team was extremely professional, worked diligently, and kept me in the loop at all times. I was so thrilled by the job quality that I would absolutely use this company for non-repair work in the future."

"After experiencing water damage to my kitchen/dining room, I sought a contractor to do drywall, flooring & painting. In addition, to construct a new pantry door, and change out my remaining, first floor hardwoods for porcelain tile. I immediately felt a "good vibe" from Yariel from Bello Home Solutions. He was organized/systematic, detail oriented, very "engaged" with my project needs and personable. He and the Bello Home solutions team were expeditious and did high quality work. Yariel had great suggestions, and was easily reached when I had questions. I felt very comfortable giving the Bello team access to my home when I was away. Bello Home solutions did a fantastic job and I am already mentally planning my next home construction project with them."

"They were awesome. My furnace vent was damaged in a recent windstorm. Joe came out a day or two later and did the assessment. A week later one of their repairmen showed up and installed a new vent. Thanks to all the rain I have a small leak in our bedroom and will be calling them soon. I know they’ll get the job done right."

"Joffrey (hopefully spelled close to correctly) checked everything out and found no water damage, which was a great relief. He then pinpointed a problem we had not thought of; possible build-up in the p-trap in the pipe under the sink. Some bleach in the drain has mitigated the smell in the cabinet, and alerted us to probably doing a more thorough cleaning on a regular basis. He was very friendly, pleasant to work with, and went right to the heart of the job. It is very satisfying to be in the hands of an expert."

"Summer 2015, laminate floor repair.... I usually don't hand out the highest ratings on reviews (is anyone perfect?!) but Carlson Construction did great for my small job. Though it's the busy season for them, Reed, the proprietor, was able to schedule me in within a few weeks of my initial inquiry. After discussing the job on the phone I felt confident I had the right contractor when he said he would stop by to actually see the job first. It helped that I'm local too. The job itself...remove the floating laminate floor to the point of the bad board and replace (I had plenty of extra new boards on hand). Reed had Chris S. do the job with Reed being on hand to assist/advise as needed. Chris was awesome, arrived on time, and really did a nice clean job. Sure it helped that the existing boards, other then the bad board, were in great shape to more easily lift and put back. I got lucky there. But still, there were some tough parts of the job that, because of the expertise, were handled smartly and efficiently. Chris worked very cleanly through the end. Both are real nice guys too. Like I said, I don't give out 5 out of 5 stars easily but Carlson Construction did everything I asked in a fantastic manner, on time, within budget. I would not hesitate to recommend or call on them again based on this experience. -Mitch (Redmond WA) -"

"No surprises that Signature Restoration has all five stars. Andrew and team did phenomenal job mitigating and then restoring the water damage in our house. When we called Andrew about our water damage, he promptly came for assessment and explained us very clearly the mitigation and restoration process. After our consent he immediately started working to prevent further damage. Very professional, detailed oriented and kind. Thanks so much Andrew & team"

"They had dehumidifier the to stop water damage and help make for insurance claim for demolition . Most importantly they could not do any work until the did an asbestos test.Because it came back positive SO they could not do the demolition. They refer Thermotech to do the removal of the asbestos. And we now have a completely gutted to the sub floor."
