I contacted them through their website about 10AM describing my problem and they responded with a quote and two options in about 30 minutes. I opted for the upgraded unit and by 12:30 the same day the technician arrived to install a new water heater. The installation took about 2 1/2 hours and the workmanship is excellent. I am a very satisfied customer and would use them again. The one day service was a big plus."

"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"On a Sunday evening, Matt Robertson was the first to call me back regarding my hot water heater. I sent him pictures and we talked about what he needed to do, the cost and when he could come and install. I was worried about the cost and wanted to see if others would contact me (I sent emails to many) He said that was fine which I appreciated. After talking to him a bit longer and him saying he could come and install the next day I went ahead and hired him. He was so nice! Prompt and professional. He owns his own business and I felt good about using a small business and supporting local businesses where you the customer is his priority and not just a job or a ticket number as some of the big business treat you. Late Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday I started getting responses back from others, some were way expensive some were the same 1 was lower but his reviews were not that great.
