"Since Insurance would be involved, he let me know this was not a job his company would be able to work on. Adam was very straightforward and courteous. I understood his explanation and appreciated his time. He let me know of a couple extra things to check on, once the insurance claim was started. <br /> I would contact Adam again in the future for work that was not going to be covered under an insurance claim. <br />"

"I had used Goldin Construction several years ago to enclose a front balcony and was very satisfied with the results.  When my patio cover needed replacement because of dry-rot and termites I contacted Goldin Construction.  Mr. Goldin worked with me on design and construction materials as I had specific ideas on how I wanted the patio to look.  The project was very professional and I was more than pleased with the quality. <br />"

"My partner and I recently purchased a duplex in the Hollywood area and immediately realized that there was potential to add a bedroom to the existing floor plan. As a result, we reached out to nearly any contractor that would take our call in order to get an estimate. At the last minute we met Joe from California Skyline Remodeling and have been nothing but pleased thus far. His attention to detail, level of service, and price are second to none. Not only was he able to walk the house with us in order to give us an accurate bid, but he was also able to explain the game plan in a way that two novice home remodelers could understand. Moreover, Joe's very relatable! After giving us a bid we were able to learn a little more about the man behind the business and were as equally pleased with his character. All around a great guy that's willing to listen and build a relationship with his clients. If you're looking for someone that's honest and will come in at a great price, along with avoiding the desire to pull your hair out, Joe and California Skyline Remodeling are your guys! Can't say enough good things about them so far! As it stands, we're only in the initial phases, but we'll be sure to follow up with more info! Updated 7/29/21 We've started our project and Joe is the real deal! Everything is done in a timely manner, the quality is above everything we could have hoped for, and Joe is easy to work with. Very responsive and quality employees. All in all, we're off to a great start! Will follow up with a final review and pictures when the job is finished."

"We had an incredible experience working with Builderzz Remodeling for our kitchen remodel. Guy and his team were very accessible, managing the project end-to-end from design, construction, inspection through completion. They set a budget and timeline upfront and stayed true to both. They were very detail oriented and had our best interests in mind. We never felt in the dark as they were very transparent and responsive whenever we needed. Our kitchen turned out better than we had anticipated and we couldn't have asked for a better contractor or experience. Thank you Builderzz Remodeling!"

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Mission Hills, CA

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
