"Bill and Trish exceeded the expectations I had from the start. Trish is so pleasant to talk with that you forget quickly you are asking for a service and not talking to a friend. Bill is a craftsman who has many years of experience and he gets right to the point of where your problem lies. In our case the tune up for the summer was not realistic when our 30 year old AC unit had leak issues. Bill and I worked through several scenarios regarding cost of a repair and an investment in a new unit. It made sense to do a new unit and not worry about our old AC unit further breaking down and requiring more repair. Bill and Trish advised us of a cancellation that allowed the new AC unit to be installed 3 days after the service call. Bill and Trish followed through on their quote, and arrival time for installation on time. Everything I was told with a time frame was on time,accurate, and made sense to what I was receiving. Raphael and Nisho were assigned my install and they were no different regarding their punctuality and care for our house. Bill and Raphael took me through the complete process of what would be done and when the project would be finished. Raphael and his crew treated my house well making sure to drop cloths down everywhere they worked. I could not tell they did anything because of the cleanliness in which they worked. The job was made easier as Raphael helped me to clear the work area I was supposed to clear. I was running late in clearing and Raphael helped me to clear the area without complaining or having me do it on my own which was my job. After the installation Raphael walked me through our new AC and also provided valuable recommendations on how to take care of our new unit. What I must stress is everyone from Cool Air Technologies goes above and beyond what they need to in making sure you are 150% satisfied. Raphael helped me pick quality new air filters for our AC on Amazon to make sure we knew exactly what to purchase. Bill followed up that afternoon to ensure I was satisfied and encouraged any questions I might have. The AC unit performs exceptionally. The old unit if I turned it on in the afternoon to cool the house it could only drop the temperature by a degree or 2. Our new unit brought the temperature down from 78 in the house to 74 degrees in less than an hour. We still have 30 year old ducts and vents that do not allow the best air flow so this is a great improvement. Bill installed a new AC that cost me $3,000 less than what I was quoted 2 years ago from another company. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the service provide by Bill, Trish and his crew. I love they are family owned and they have your best interest at heart when they come out and do a job for you. Please use Cool Air Technologies for your service needs. "Junior Maldonado came to our house he’s a Very professional, courteous, and he explains everything to me and my husband. He also give us options of how to resolve our problems in our kitchen drain. This is the first time something happens on our Kitchen. Thanks to Junior he answered all our questions. We are so happy to call ALL CITY … On top of the good service he was always there to make sure the job was done the way should be. One more thing the best part is that the service came with goood warranty. I hope I don’t need to call them back, but they service was very professional and he give us helpful tips to try in the future so we could avoid or delay the issue reoccurring. "We are in the process of having both our dirty & clean water lines completely changed, which is a huge project. Several of the great Service Champion technicians have had to dig huge holes & long trenches, with the additional obstacle of having to cut through huge roots, from an enormous tree in front of our house, that have literally taking over our front yard & destroyed the pipes. They also cut through cement & even â  jackhammeredâ  through an enormous patch of concrete that was about a foot deep, which took a lot of time & muscle to remove! This was definitely an amazing example of â  good deeds for freeâ  . We had so many different, excellent technicians coming & going, who did a tremendous job for us, but I unfortunately cannot remember everybodyâ  s names. There are two guys who actually have been working at our house the most, so Iâ  d like to recognize them (big Chris & Ryan). They are both terrific examples of the Service Champions model, and are excellent in their trade! They have worked very hard & have been a great help in so many different ways, helping to make this difficult process much easier for our family! "I’m so glad I called HD mechanical to have my thermostat fixed. We set a time to meet up and he was there on time and very professional. He was very thorough with his work and explained to me all the work he performed. He even checked and serviced my unit, showing me that my filter needed to be changed. "The Tech went above and beyond to do my inspection and service. I did nor buy the yearly maintenance plan and I did not buy the $190. furnace filter ($20) at Home Depot. I had and still have a problem with the system. It makes a growling noise every 2 minutes or so. Thanks so much, anyways."

"Chris came by for a normal AC tuneup and as he was finishing up, we told him about some issues with our dishwasher and master bathroom sink and asked if he knew a plumber. He took care of both our problems right then and there! I’m not sure there’s anything he can’t fix. Chris is our go to guy for EVERYTHING ac/furnace/plumbing and he should be yours too!"

"OC EXCEL was great! I worked with Ionel (he goes by John) and he was AWESOME! After the a few years back my AC finally broke from all of the ash and I needed to replace it. So after doing some research I met with John for a free estimate. He was super thorough and didn't rush me at all to try and make a sale. He told me what the issues were and what some of my options were and we decided to that it would make the most sense to actually replace the whole system, heating and AC. I didn't think I had the budget to do it, but he knew of some wholesale places that offer full units at discounts and gave me several options to choose from. Of course I looked up the prices for each of the units online to do an independent price comparison and saw his prices were 30% lower! So I had him come over and do the work. I was so impressed with his work style, he's respectful manor throughout the house and his really thoughtful approach. I could tell he was never looking to up sell me on anything and wanted to make sure he provided me the best options available at reasonable costs. It took him the whole day to work here though he only planned for half that time and he never charged me anything extra for the work. For example, apparently my house's attic access hole was too small to get the furnace out!! However, instead of charging me for that extra work he actually made the hole in the attic bigger and was able to get the old one out and install the new one. I asked him several times if this would increase the cost and was more than ready to pay for it, however he said it wasn't my fault the house was built this way and I shouldn't have to pay for it. Plus the price he quoted was what he was going to stick to! I would highly recommend John to anyone looking to fix or replace their AC or Heater! It's hard to find someone in the service industry that's trust worthy but John is definitely one of them."
