After coming out and getting my ideas and measurements they came back saying that they were going to decline the offer saying due to time sensitivity and budget they were not going to be able to submit a bid. When originally speaking with Young he said time shouldn't be an issue if we got started right away and never asked me my budget range before coming out. Personally, I don't think the job we were asking to get done was worth what they were trying to put it in the price range of (50-75k). I guess I'll just have to look in to a smaller company that seems more reasonable...  "

He called back and agreed to the additional work at no charge. He was able to make the changes in a timely manner. His crew called to say they would be later than planned because of an unexpected delay at the preceding job site. We appreciated his willingness to finish the installation according to code and to cover the additional materials and time. It was a great way to be welcomed into a new community.
