He never came back and ignores my calls and texts. The fact they did this to an elderly couple who are in their 80s with medical issues shows negligence. This experience not only highlighted their lack of responsibility but also revealed a disregard for the well-being of vulnerable individuals. It's crucial to share this to prevent others from facing similar issues."
