Frank performs his work to satisfaction of everything functioning properly. 2/27/26, Frank lowered and secured a pipe from my black water tank, as water and waste were not flowing properly. He unclogged my toilet, that had been backing up. 3/04/26, Frank returned, as Toilet was backed up with water again. Frank checked the pipe with his computer camera, in which there ended up being (3) major blockages, from the pipe up into the black water tank. Frank, used every piece of his equipment to completely clean out the tank and pipe. I was able to view the completion of process on his computer. Frank, is very professional, and personable. "No one showed up during the 2 hour window I was given. I called and was told they would check with the person the work was assigned to. The company called back to say the worker hadn't gotten the message about being assigned my job. I was told he was on his way but that it would take 40 minutes. When he arrived he said he had to charge more for my type of windows (divided panes). I paid $200 for exterior only, when 6 months prior I had paid $400 for both inside and out (equivalent price). the prior window washers had brought ladders and thoroughly washed and dried each window. This company sent one guy with a pole, no ladder. After an hour he said he was done and wanted to be paid. I pointed out that the windows weren't dry. He kept repeating that it was "complete". Bottom line, the worker wasn't even close to being on time, the work was mediocre, and the price was nothing special.

"On 1st unit, techs added a lot of freon and cleared the blocked drain line from the blower. The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement. The AAA tech is the first to examine the blower thoroughly and discover a bad module as the problem. Hopefully, this will be a lasting fix."
