"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"Very fast response time. Made appointment and showed up on time and quickly found the problem, sourced the part and repaired the dryer at a very reasonable price in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend them and will be sure to use them for any other work that I need done."

"Nathan was very responsive, punctual, thorough and open through the entire repair process. We will definitely be using him again in the future for repairs and/or anything else that pops up. He can do it all. He even was willing to complete additional plumbing repairs/electrical throughout the house while he was on the job, great handyman, 5 stars!"

"We are so pleased with Home Crafters! We have no complaints! The work began earlier than we had expected, and it was finished before the estimated completion date! The workers were courteous, and focused on getting the job done -- right! The deck turned out beautiful! Jim was always available and ready to answer any questions or concerns. We would not hesitate in recommending services from Home Crafters!"

"The repair of my clothes washer is not complete, needed to order parts."

"Made 3 or 4 calls. Melissa got appointment scheduled & repair accomplished. Very happy our oven works again!!!"

"he replaced an ice maker took him about 10 min. removed four screws and pulled the old and installed the old. Charged $119 for service which I thought was a little high for a 10min. job. other than that service was good."

"I had an issue with my clothes washer drain line on Memorial weekend, I called and they sent a plumber in the holiday at no extra fee. He snaked the line, went under the house, discovered further water damage and got me in contact with a repair and restoration company. Eddie, the plumber went far and above my expectations to get my home back in order."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"MRD came a week or two prior, to give a free estimate on some moss build up I had on my roof.   Chris worked around my schedule and came in the evening to give an estimate.  He looked around and explained the work that should be done, in very specific details, which was appreciated.  My roof is very steep and I was concerned about a pressure washer damaging the shingles on my roof.  He explained that he'd need two people to do the job and that the pressure washer would be used on a very low setting.   When he came to perform the work, his crew came exactly when they said they would and cleaned the roof so well, it looks brand new.  MRD even pressure washed the siding and other build up, around the perimeter of my house.  The estimate was spot on and I felt that the work done warranted the cost.    Chis even called today to make sure the work done was to my satisfaction.  "
