"It went fine; the guy that installed them really knew how to do the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after the work. <br /> I wanted, however,  to know more about the windows themselves; and I wanted to come into a show room where I could really get a sense of the windows.  I had to request to see the window, and one was brought to me to look at; but it was not shown the exact window I suspect. The gesture was to appease me.  I did not want the extra expense of argon gas, and they accommodated that for me. I noticed, however, that there is a circular opening on each window that looked as though a plug of some sort should be inserted. I went back to them, and I was told that someone would come back to look at it.   <br /> To this day June 11, 2015, no one has called or come by inspect. The owner/sales representative poured it on to get the sale, even attempting to connect with my political and academic ideologies, but once installed he was ready to move on. <br /> How do the windows look? They look wonderful, and I am pleased with the look I was trying to achieve. <br /> The installer is truly a professional, but I still do not know why there is a circular opening in each window. <br />"
