"We had some water damage to a floor and wall. Andrew was very responsive and professional when I called and when he stopped by soon after to check the work. He worked with the insurance company and provided a very detailed work estimate. He and his team replaced some insulation, put the carpet and molding back in on the walls and cabinets. He also replaced the drywall, spackled, and repainted. After completion we can't even tell anything was damaged! His spackling texture and paint matched exactly. We are very pleased with his work. He was always professional and friendly, as were his employees. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him."

"After speaking with me, Tracy realized I was very upset about the situation, and had Rick call me to better understand my concerns and the facts of the situation.  I told him what had been done by the other company, and the information they gave me about the results of their inspection.  

Rick treated my concerns with great empathy and concern, and told me that in his experience the situation probably was not as dire as I thought.  He said he would have two of his folks come out the next morning to re-do the inspection and determine if a replacement was required.  Just speaking with him over the phone calmed my fears, and gave me the feeling that everything would turn out alright.  It was like talking with your big brother who you could always count on to take care of a difficult situation you found yourself in.  

It turned out the owner of the original company was at my house an hour after a call I made to them before contacting Aces Four.  They re-did the inspection and found, as Rick had surmised....that the line was fine, the dip in the line was minor, and they saw no issues that would require the line to be replaced.  

I will rely on Aces Four for my future plumbing, sewer, and water line needs from now on.  I thank Tracy and Rick for their concern and quick response to my situation.  They clearly care about their customers, and will do their utmost to provide outstanding services to anyone who calls them for help."

"I called Hagee this morning at 815 am and at 2.30 the same afternoon the sink is working, the clog gone, and the kitchen is all cleaned up.  Caleb did an amazing job fixing everything up, plus he cleaned up the space and corrected my husband's slight plumbing error.   Caleb let me know he was on his way, and then left me with his business card should we need anything else.

He highly recommended the hydro clean, and I am planning to schedule that sooner rather than later.  Everyone I spoke with at Hagee was fabulous.  Thank you Caleb and Hagee team.

"Don't hire anyone else. If you're looking for a company run by someone who understands what customer service looks like, call Perma-Dry. 4 years ago we worked with Perma-Dry to install an internal basement footing drain system - they were prompt, responsive, and did a great job. We've had zero issues. We recently discovered an issue with an old external drainage system (not installed by Perma-Dry) which backed up during a thunderstorm. When I discovered the issue, I called Ryan (owner) to get some help; he showed up at 9am on a Saturday (his day off) and spent 5 hours with me troubleshooting the issue and coming up with a temporary fix until he could get a crew out to install a permanent fix. He not only was a huge help, but his attitude was incredible - he was actually having fun working on his day off. In the 12 years I've owned my house, I've worked with dozens of contractors and never had an experience like that. True customer service is a lost art, Ryan and his team have shown us twice that they understand how to take care of customers and care enough to do the right thing."

"I want cut out and replace up to 1 feet of copper pipe. 5 minus and I lost more than $500. On Yelp, I can hire have many contractor from $200 to $300 but my friend tell me try on angieslist. I can not give quality after 1 week but the price is so expensive."

Dillon spent the time to understand exactly what our needs were, and to explain what he would be doing. He was responsive and easy to communicate with. He gave us a detailed quote, at a significantly lower price than the other bid. He arrived on time and worked late, and got the job done earlier than promised. He spent the time to clean up the mess. He cleaned up our driveway (where he had temporarily dumped a pile of gravel) and the side of our house (where he drove his equipment back and forth to move dirt and gravel) far better than I expected. "I went to their website and requested a quote to clean and seal my shower.  I gave dimensions and sent photos.  Sound Tile and Grout responded with a quote that was over twice what I expected but I'll admit I really didn't know what it would cost.  I needed the work done and after seeing their positive reviews on Angie's List I decided to bite-the-bullet and get it done.  I am very glad that I did.  Chad & Zack arrived on time and after letting me know what they were going to do they went right to work.  They were clean-cut, well mannered, and very professional.  High quality materials were used.  They did an outstanding job and I am very happy I spent the money.  My shower hasn't looked this good since it was new.  If you need the work done, go with Sound Tile & Grout."

The tiler did an exceptional job laying and grouting three different types and sizes of tile. The plumbing supplier they recommended was outstanding - listened carefully to our initial thoughts about what we might want then providing support for fine tuning and ordering all of our necessary shower, faucet, shower heads, and toilet, answering all our questions quickly and thoroughly. The cabinet is of fine quality both in design and materials."
