Rick, the Project Manager, and Todd, Chuck, Shawn and Jack, the service techs who worked on the deck, were excellent, very professional and neat, cleaning up every day. When I started talking with Rick about this project, I thought it wasn't going to possible for me to have everything taken care of in one undertaking. I must admit that cost was the major stumbling block. The deck is large and lumber/material costs took my breath away. But Rick worked with me, adjusting the materials and the design and making suggestions to help me make it happen! The deck was completed yesterday and I couldn't be happier. "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They came out to complete a soffit/ trim/ gutter job. They forgot a portion of what was supposed to be completed, the work they had completed was horrible with some end pieces not even closed off, if it was closed off they just used huge amounts of caulk to cover it. I called to tell them how bad it looked the next morning, I was asked to email pictures to be called back with “I’ve never seen a job done like that. I’m sorry, we will get a new crew out to redo the job.” Schedule the install to be done Saturday July 5th to only receive a call that their truck broke down (an hour after they were scheduled to be there) and they wouldn’t be there until later that afternoon or the next day. 7:30 Saturday night I get a call that they weren’t going to be able to make it due to the truck not being fixed. Rescheduled it for Saturday July 12th, we had already taken 3 days off of work between my husband and I for this job. I just got a call that they were wanting to move the install to July 11th using the same crew with no project manager scheduled to be onsite after I was promised a new crew and a project manager onsite due to HOW BAD THEY DID THE FIRST TIME. I was met with attitude and being told they would be there tomorrow with the same crew and they would “try” to have a project manager onsite. I was originally working with a nick who made all these promises and told me everything was set up and would be fixed, to find out today none of that had been set up and he would be out for a few weeks due to a family emergency. I understand he couldn’t control an emergency, but to be lied to repeatedly then passed off to another project manager that is rude. I will continue to spread word about how horrible this company is and not use them so no one has to go through the headache and hassle we did."

And we are happy we did. The whole process from presentation to installation was easy and efficient. Reza arrived at our house on time for the presentation. He inspected and measured our windows and then launched into the presentation. Reza is knowledgeable about the Window Nation offering as well as the products offered by his competitors. As mentioned, I did some research and had an idea of the features that we wanted and what we should pay. Reza presented the Window Nation Grand View line, which meets our feature requirements, and after a bit of back-and-forth negotiation we settled on a price that was within our range and fair to us both. After signing, Reza described the next steps and set expectations. Overall, the presentation took only about an hour and was relatively painless, with no high-pressure tactics. Several days later, Mike came by to inspect our windows and confirm measurements for the build specifications. This took only about a half-hour. Mike answered some questions about the installation process and said that the windows and door could take up to 6 weeks to build. Imagine our surprise when we received a call a week later to schedule our installation. On installation day, the three-man team arrived on time. They introduced themselves and the team lead, Ted, described the process and then they got right to work. They tarped the paths to all the windows to protect the floors. They were very careful and respectful of our house. The entire team was friendly and polite and experienced and highly skilled. You could tell that they’d done this a time or two. The outside trim work is fantastic and the inside finish work is great. All 17 windows and the sliding door were installed in a single day. Ted went over the operation of the windows and door. The windows and door look and function great. We couldn’t be happier. If you are considering a window or door replacement project, we strongly recommend that you engage Window Nation. They will treat you right."
