"We purchased this deal in the hopes of getting some exterior wood rot repaired before a party we will be hosting. Initially, it looked as though they would be too booked up, but due to a cancellation, they were able to get us in with 5 days to spare! They repaired the rotten window sill and a few other spots, replaced a broken pane of glass in our attic, and repainted all the areas they repaired. The 3 man crew was headed up by Isaia' Robinson, and I cannot speak highly enough of him and his crew. They were courteous, professional, kind, accommodating, and (perhaps most relevant) did great work. The areas that were previously rotted look better than ever now. They went above and beyond with the glass pane replacement, and worked hard all day. The price was good for the work that was performed, and I would definitely hire them again. In fact, I've already discussed the possibility of finishing our attic with Isaia' and would definitely love to use him again for that job. I would highly recommend him and his crew. Apex Design Build did a phenomenal job at a fair price. Not much more to say other than hire them! "

"Garage door opener has had issues for the past two years. It was always a guessing game if it was going to work or not. I have had it repaired twice. Early Saturday morning, it would not open the garage door all the way, then would not close. On Monday, I called the repair place that I had used in the past and was told that they no longer worked on residential garage doors, but they referred me to Mike at Jand L Garage Door. I called Mike and left a message. He returned my call within 20 minutes and was very polite. I discussed the issue, told him it was not an emergency and we arranged for him to come out the next day (Tues) around 10 a.m. He called on Tuesday around 8:30 and asked if it would be ok for him to get to my house around 9:00. Great! Once he I arrived, I explained the issue again and told him of my frustration with the opener. I then asked him how much a new one would cost and if he could install a new one. He said and quot;absolutelyand quot; and quoted me a price. I expected that he would make the repair and come back at a later date to install the new one, but he surprised me when he stated he could do it all right then. He replaced the opener, the keyless entry and the wall mounted door control in a very short amount of time. He also was kind enough to program the remote in my vehicle. I showed him the bottom door seal and he agreed to replace it. I was very pleased with his work, his demeanor, his appearance and his willingness to do those extras that I had not mentioned earlier to him. I will definitely use his services again, if needed, and will refer him to anyone who needs some repairs done on their garage door. <br />"

"North side Garage Door was at my house Friday afternoon and installed a new garage door. I watched it happen, not to insure a good job, but because I wanted to see how it is done. I did not need to worry about a job well done. I'm sorry I don't remember the two men's names. Please understand that I witnessed excellent work and work attitudes. The knowledge and skill of the man in charge( his name is Gene?)is clearly complete from his phone call before he arrived to fixing a very small bump at the finish of the job. The man working with him is getting excellent training and high expectations. These expectations, Gene clearly expects from himself. The attention to careful work and detail is impressive. This has been a good experience from my first phone call to them , to the finished job. We contacted three other door firms before deciding on this firm.
