"Excellent service! I had a 26yr old A/C and Propane furnace that I wanted to update to an ALL ELECTRIC high efficiency heat pump. The price in the estimate was much higher than I was expecting, but they worked with me and brought it down considerably, provided I could accept an install slot in a couple of days due to a cancellation. Go for it, I thought! Unfortunately, it turned out that the estimator/salesman (who shall remain nameless) apparently got a bit confused and set up the equipment as a hybrid propane system - not the all-electric system that I wanted. Ugh. I only realized this when the installers had the indoor unit in place, and I saw the propane burners. Doh! So, I explained the situation to them, and they pulled the unwanted unit out and jumped through the hoops to order the correct unit and its accessories (wiring, breakers etc.), with no change to the price. They were very friendly and polite through all of this even though it meant the wasted work and that they had to come back the next day with the new IDU. Anyway, the final install all went well, and they were very friendly and respectful of the property and explained all the install details as they went (sorry Melvin, for all the pestering!) I'm very happy with the company and the installer's knowledge and professionalism. RECOMMENDED!"

"Our furnace finally bit the dust after 25 years of faithful service. I had TriState do several small repairs and maintenance on it over the years, and they always did a good job. So, when the last service rep told me it was finally beyond repair, we consulted with Comfort Specialist, Darren, who isn't just a salesman, but previously installed and repaired HVAC systems. He took lots of measurements, inspected the old unit and the runs to the outside and upstairs. He took his time making calculations and offered us several options on a new system. TriState uses Daikin furnaces, which are rated in the top 5 furnaces for dependability and efficiency. The price, I thought, compared to my two other neighbors, who also recently purchased new systems, was even lower than I thought it going to be. In fact, my neighbors paid more (by thousands) and have a smaller square footage footprint than my house. We've had the unit now for over a month, and so far, it's great. It is a one-zone system, yet the upstairs will only vary by one or two degrees. This is much better than the old unit. We're hoping this small variance in temperature will also apply when the AC is on in the summer. The installers were very professional, arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. I would definitely use TriState again, and will rely on them whenever I need service."

"Fabulous!! This was my third time using this service. Boris arrived early in a detailed luxury SUV and quickly tended to our needs. He loaded our luggage, welcomed us as guests, provided us with ancillary services ( beverages, reading materials, etc) and started off our journey in style. We arrived at the airport on time and relaxed, which set expectations for our return. During our return trip, our expectations were exceeded. Boris patiently waited for us to clear customs, picked us up curbside, and safely navigated us through traffic back to our home. "I have a contract with them as well. They come out in the fall; they come out in the spring. Again, it's from the contract, so included in the contract is a free fall inspection a free spring inspection. We pay, I think we pay $750 a year because we have four HVAC units, so it's based on how many units you have. Again, I had a prior contract with a different company, and they were charging us over $2,000 for exactly the same thing. They come out where one person can do four units in a couple of hours, whereas the previous company I used, they'd send two technicians out and they'd take half a day to do the same thing. The other company always found something wrong, and you know charge us for stuff. Climatic comes out, does their thing and doesn't try to sell us unnecessary stuff, and I've been very happy with them. They're professional, very clean. They're in the house; they're out of the house, don't leave a mess. They're very knowledgeable, and they don't try to sell me stuff I don't need. My first impression was very good and like I said they're very professional, very polite. They're professional overall."
