"The problem was solved very quickly - a start up piece / kit was replaced. 15 minutes work The price seemed high. Labor 370 and the part 195. Yet, not knowing better and in a heatwave with 2 children we paid it. 3 days later AC stopped working. We called - only to get a reply we would have to pay for the visit. We refused and called someone else. When we showed a receipt from Amtech to the new repairman, we were told the price was way too high and he wishes to charge that money. Also a wire was loose and that is why the AC stopped working 3 days after Amtech came to fix it."

"Anthony Gandolfo gave a very reasonable quote for our bathroom remodel.  He laid out plans clearly and gave us day-to-day updates throughout the process.  The job took a little longer than expected--3.5 weeks as opposed to 2.5 weeks, however there were unexpected delays.  
Anthony does beautiful tile work!!  Please be sure that he is the one on the team that does this part of the job, as he is meticulous. He doesn't mind you pointing out any little detail that might need more attention.  The only major problem during the job was a leak that was discovered in a heating line after the ceiling had already been sheet rocked.  Anthony addressed the issue quickly and his plumber was came to the house later that day to eventually fix the issue.
Both bathrooms turned out great!  There was an unresolved plumbing issue in the main bathroom (the shower runs ever so slightly while running a bath), however overall we are very satisfied with how it turned out.  My family would definitely consider hiring Gandolfo Contracting again in the future.
