"Bill and his crew did the install seamlessly. I have used East Coast Mechanical in the past for a new boiler installation as well. They keep their appointments, they stand by their work, they return calls in a timely manner and their workmanship was flawless. They removed the air handler from the attic and installed the new one covering the floor and carpet so as not to get anything dirty. When they finished you didn’t even know they were here except for the temperature change. I would without hesitation recommend ECM for any HVAC work you need done."

"Timing was of the essence as it was the Martin Luther King holiday coming up and the coldest day of the year so far. Arik came in on Thursday to evaluate the situation and quickly started making phone calls and getting measurements for the replacement unit. The unit was delivered on Saturday and customized ducks were created to fit the new unit. Arik arrive promptly on Sunday morning and in 4 hours he had the unit working. The thermostat was replaced and the units on-off switch needed some electrical work. Arik is very professional and quick to respond to text or phone call. The unit needed some adjustments which were done a week later. All is working fine. I highly recommend Arik as he is efficient and gets the job done."

"Anthony Gandolfo gave a very reasonable quote for our bathroom remodel.  He laid out plans clearly and gave us day-to-day updates throughout the process.  The job took a little longer than expected--3.5 weeks as opposed to 2.5 weeks, however there were unexpected delays.  
Anthony does beautiful tile work!!  Please be sure that he is the one on the team that does this part of the job, as he is meticulous. He doesn't mind you pointing out any little detail that might need more attention.  The only major problem during the job was a leak that was discovered in a heating line after the ceiling had already been sheet rocked.  Anthony addressed the issue quickly and his plumber was came to the house later that day to eventually fix the issue.
Both bathrooms turned out great!  There was an unresolved plumbing issue in the main bathroom (the shower runs ever so slightly while running a bath), however overall we are very satisfied with how it turned out.  My family would definitely consider hiring Gandolfo Contracting again in the future.
