"Able to replace my water heater the same day - on a Saturday. Timely, courteous, and knowledgeable. Took old water heater away and left no trash behind. Brought the equipment up to code and replaced lines / parts as needed. Jason was great. I will call Big Apple again."

"Very professional, honest, Reasonable and communicative company. Did a great job installing my new tankless water heater. I have also hired them in the past to install water softener, also got the same great service. And they also maintain these systems."

"Andon was great. Very professional and efficient installation of water heater. I would use this company again."

"The service team kept in touch regarding arrival time so I knew what to expect. The technician Jonathan worked quickly and efficiently. He had a water heater on the truck and was able to complete the work same day, unlike 2 other companies I got quotes from. While I was shocked at what water heaters cost these days, High 5's price was very competitive with the other bids."

"Iâ ve had American plumbing replace a water heater before (on the third floor) and hired them again for this difficult clogged drain. Alan was on time, worked quickly and cleaned up the area."

"Keith was excellent from his first visit to explain what needed to be done on the kitchen drain. Afterwards, I requested a new water heater to be installed. Both were done this morning in a timely manner. Keith is very competent, takes the time to explain everything, and did an excellent job. I also was extremely thankful to Keith this morning as he identified a gas leak that I otherwise would not have known about. Because of Keith I was able to call the gas company and they came out within the hour to address the problem. I highly recommend Keith to anyone needing services. And, if I have any future issues, Keith will be the first person that I will call. He is a wonderful person, and he did an excellent job for me! Thank you Keith!!!"
