"I hired BAS Electric to install my Ring “wired” doorbell service. When I spoke with Brandon, I told him my current doorbell wasn’t working. He said he would send Manny out to troubleshoot and do the installation. Manny could have said it was the transformer that needed replacement, and I wouldn’t have known the difference. But it was just the old doorbell itself. He wasn’t able to get the doorbell to ring inside (we think the system itself is just too old, from 1974), but the Ring installation was done quickly and is working outside and on my phone.
