When I called to schedule my appointment, the customer support rep I spoke with was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions before booking. I’ve had to make a lot of service calls lately, and this was by far the best customer support experience I’ve had. They sent Derrik K. out to inspect my old water heater, and he was fantastic. He walked me through everything, explained my options clearly, and didn’t mind that I tagged along during the inspection to understand what was going on. He provided me with a quote that seemed very pricey at that moment in time in comparison to other quote I got earlier from another plumbing company, who gave a quote without opening it up. After seeing the amount of work it took almost the whole day, the price seemed reasonable. Apparently they didn’t make the part anymore, and the replacement part didn’t fit perfectly well, but he got it to work at the end of the day. But there was no hot water the following day when we took a shower so he returned and spent another half day to get it to work.
