"Comfort Temp was great. I called them around 9am to fix a stuttering A/C. They said a tech would be out around 4pm; he called me right at 4 and said he was on the way. The tech diagnosed the issue quickly and told me upfront what the cost would be. I didn’t feel like he was “nickel and diming” me and it was very affordable, in terms of home repair. We will be using Comfort Temp for all our A/C needs! They only accept cash and PayPal; just be aware of that when working with them. That wasn’t an issue with us so I didn’t deduct anything from my rating due to it. :)"

Although the part was not set to arrive until the next day, he went out of his way to find the part to get my furnace working, as the temperature was set to drop close to freezing that night. "Subcontractors were mostly good, but management of them was lacking. I had to personally supervise them because the on site contractor rarely stayed very long. Told the trim finish crew to leave because they did not know how to install crown molding. Got another crew that knew what they were doing. They never asked for periodic payments during the job (as is typical); presented one huge bill at the end. Holland homes builds nice homes, but I would not recommend them for small jobs like mine because you do not get the best crews and you have to wait for them to fit you into their schedule."
