(Our difficult windows were one 14 foot tall arched Palladian window flanked by 2- 10 foot windows). After our order we were updated about the shutter construction progress and everyone involved was courteous and punctual. The shutters look regal with 5 1/4 inch slats and ZERO bar running down the middle to detract . The caulking was color coordinated to match our different room paints and also caulked smoothly and professionally without globs or squiggles by Gerald, Pedro and Luis. "On a Sunday morning, I called the after hours emergency number, and spoke with the owner.  I explained that I had a window with a rock through it and need a replacement.  He said that if it was secure, it would be cheaper to do on Monday.  When I explained that wouldn't work do to work constraints he said ok, he would be at my house between 2 and 2:30 in the afternoon (he had two prior installs to do.)  He asked approximately what size the window was, and was it single pane, clear, etc.  He then gave me a price based on the window and the emergency call service.  He was at the house at two, was done in 40 minutes or so.  Explained exactly what he was doing, and the total cost was spot on the estimate.  Excellent job, great service! <br />"

The install had a hiccup when one of the glass panels was not to spec on the day of delivery. The delivery team called me about the delay of a few hours needed to replace the out-of-spec panel. Later that day, they did call again and informed me they were on the way. We were very happy with the installation crew of two. They were very competent and extremely courteous.
