He spent quite a bit of time diagnosing, pointing out some other things, tightening up some other connections, etc. He found the problem and fixed the wiring in the box, and explained to me what was wrong. We had a list of items to do, install fans and put them on switches and dimmer, make switchable outlets hot, add outlets, add an outdoor outlet. Bill always provided different options and explained the pros and cons of each as well as pricing. In some cases he provided options we hadn&apos;t thought about and we took his suggestions. His work was neat, done in a timely manner and the pricing was fair. He even added a few tweaks and extras along the ways that may have been small but would improve customer satisfaction with the job.
