"Fantastic, I was so pleased to get an estimate half the price of 2 different contractors selling for Jacuzzi-one day shower remodels, and jacuzzi was only redoing the shower walls, pan and grab bars only. King’s Remodeling and Restoration did my whole bathroom to include a shower door, shower seat, knitch, took out a drop ceiling and tiled porcelain tile to the ceiling, put in mosaic matted tile for the shower floor, put in new vanity and replaced bathroom floor with LVT. They also replaced the trim and painted the bathroom. It looks great! Very happy with the professionalism of the staff and the abilities of the staff, especially their Tiler- Chris H. I am having King’s back to do flooring for me and to redo my second bathroom. I recommend King’s Remodeling and Restoration Very highly. "I hired Alan to replace a badly deteriorated garage floor and to install a parking pad next to the garage off an alley. When he came to the site to give the estimate he also pointed out some failed mortar joints and significant stair-step cracking along the rear wall. In all, he and his crew repaired multiple sections of old mortar and replaced a rusty lintel; removed the old concrete garage floor; prepared the garage and exterior parking pad, removing dirt and a tree; formed up the new 18x18 garage floor and 20x20 parking pad, with a 4' apron; and poured the new concrete with appropriate finishes. I am absolutely thrilled with the finished product. Alan and his crew were a delight to work with. He clearly communicated changes in plans to work around weather and set expectations on scheduling and how long it would be before the concrete would be ready to be parked on. The site was left clean and neat at the end of each day, and the substantial, unavoidable disruption of the alley was repaired at the end of each day to make it presentable and drivable. No damage was done to my property or neighboring properties. I expected the initial estimate to be significantly higher, yet Alan committed to it, and the only small changes were due to additional work I requested while they were there. I could not be happier with how this project came together, and Alan was a delight to work with. I have several other smaller projects planned over the next few years and hope I'll be able to use him for those, as well!"
