"Shortly after the initial contact, Mr. Will Williamson was performing an estimate and we discussed how to best accomplish the job - which was a to paint the whole exterior of my 2-story colonial and do some minor wood siding and window repair. After approval, the Top Gun team was on site within a day, doing preparation for the next day when painting began. The Top Gun Team was staffed by seasoned professionals and the results show it. "I contacted N. Chasen and Son to replace our shutters. While working on the quote for the shutters via email, a wind storm tore some trim off our house, so I asked if they could include that as part of the work (as well as replacing some siding and a louver). They sent someone out the next week to check the shutter dimensions and determine what was needed for the trim, siding, and louver. They suggested repainting the louvers instead of replacing, and sent me a quote for all the work and to get it scheduled. On the scheduled date, Marcus was on time and very friendly. He walked me through everything they were going to do and explained that the shutters were on backorder and would be in later in the week, but he replaced the trim and painted one of the louvers (he needed a longer ladder for the second). He had to return a few times to finish the work, but he made sure it was all completed and the quality is fantastic. I'm very pleased with my experience with N. Chasen and Son and will definitely hire again when I have need."
