"They did a good job. She had to submit like a photo but my daughter had them work on the central are of the loft. The deal was for one room. She got a lot of good ideal from her and it was worth it for her. They were professional and I did not hear anything negative."

"Amanda was really very good! At first I was very skeptical, thinking why did I pay money to just speak with someone on the phone about my kitchen remodel project... but after just a few minutes of her addressing some of the issues/questions I emailed to her earlier, I knew it was worth it. It was very clear that she knew her business and she gave me several ideas that I had not even thought about. "I thought the estimate was a bit off as he wanted 70% up front. I thought that was a little too much for materials for that and I was always told not to put that much up front when you get work done. That seemed like an awful lot to me, that's why I rejected it.
He delayed me a few times when he said he would show up to do the estimate. The final estimate was not what I would consider, the amount was in the area of the other contractors, but the up front percent was off. Never meeting him in person, his diagram, and all that I would say a B on professionalism."
