"My wife and I bought a new construction home with standard open 4" gutters. Very quickly we noticed the gutters were pitched incorrectly and collecting shingle grit and debris. This was causing the gutters to overflow during heavy rain events. We had The Drying Co. remove the new construction gutters and install Gutter Shutter. "During the initial appointment, the sales rep was a little too much over-the-top on the sales pitch, considering this was the first company we tried to get an estimate with. But I guess that is how construction sales are supposed to go. However, they made an offer we could not refuse and the quality of the product was highly desired. Scheduling the work was easy and fast. The roof and gutter replacement was done on 2 separate days. Friendly workers. One of the workers accidentally broke our lamppost light with a shingle, but I was able to find a replacement and get reimbursed very promptly. Overall, very impressed with the work. Would recommend them to others, indeed."

I was informed at the time of service that the charge for removing the leaf guards was not $50 (per the Angie's big deal) but $50 per RUN of gutters (I had four, two on the house and two on the garage). We settled on $100 extra rather that $200.  The guys offered to replace a seal on two vent pipes on the roof at $89 each.  I thought the price was too high and declined.

"The windows were fine. They were a little high. I haven’t had any reason to call them. They have been calling me since they put me on their list. They want other projects. I told them to stop calling, they were calling 2 or 3 times a week. They showed up. They went to their sales pitch quite a bit. Punctuality - They were good on that too. The installers were good on professionalism. I might check with them, I’m not sure if I would use them or not. The price is a little too high. Less likely to use them at the moment. It took less than a day. Area looked very clean. They could lower the prices a little bit."
