"Our dryer stopped working on a Friday morning, I sent a request for an urgent repair, so they put us on a cancellation list. I got a call later in the day that there had been a cancellation - I was sent a picture of Greg who would be coming to our home to complete the service. Greg was so great, he explained everything that he was doing, and he knew what the problem before looking at the dryer (it was apparently a common issue with Samsung He dryers). We could not have asked for a better experience with an appliance repair company from beginning to end. He was here for an hour, completed the repair and even vacuumed out the interior of the machine where dust and lint can build up. Our dryer now sounds better and works better than it has in 4 years. I would call them back at anytime, you can't find professionals like this today..."

"Alex Malone has been out to repair our old dryer and our dishwasher. In both instances he went out of his way to get the repairs completed that day. I had a house full of people when my dishwasher broke. A holiday weekend was coming up and Alex was completely booked. He came back later in the day and fixed it. We were so thankful. Alex is knowledgeable and a great person. We have total confidence in him! We have and will continue to use his services!"

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"Freezer was given to us by my mother who bought it new in 1993. When we plugged it in it wouldn’t get cold. I Was expecting a large delivery of beef so time was critical. Paul was very responsive and arranged in short notice to have an experienced technician, Jesus, come do the repair, even located replacement parts which based on age was a challenge. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend."

"Had time to come same day I first spoke with him. Michael was kind, courteous and considerate when coming into the my home, by removing his shoes and putting little booties on to walk through my house, and down to the basement, where my laundry area is. Even though my house was a mess, as I am in the middle of having the carpets cleaned and the house wasnâ t exactly in nice presentable condition during his visit. He gave expert opinion on both the washer in the dryer and didnâ t pull any tricks when after inspection, noting that there was no service needed to be done and gave me recommendations on what I could do to solve the build a problem that I was having in the washer. I consider him a true professional and honest working man to whom I would recommend to any of my friends or coworkers."
