The installer showed up on time and quickly assessed the situation of my current heater and it's location. Due to my water softener partially in the way of the heater, he decided to remove the door to the closet instead of moving the softener, which saved him time and me money. With the new water heater designs, he had to do some slight modifications to the copper lines to the house for proper fitment.
