"Freddy and Gabe were professional and courteous. This job involved tree damage from last week’s storm. Some tree limbs came down and some were dangling and needed to be take down. They came out quickly and took down the dangerously hanging limbs and then returned the next week to pick up the yard debris. A septic tank and field and electrical lines were involved and the crew handled them beautifully. They listened to concerns about being careful not to damage them and accommodated these requests with the placement of their trucks and equipment. They know what they are doing. I would highly recommend them."

"He arrived on time and got it running. I did notice that a couple of heads were not positioned properly and I had to do it after he left. I only used this service because my regular sprinkler guy was not available due to illness.

"I had hired a different company to activate my sprinkler for the season and they didn't finish all the repairs. I contacted Hometown Sprinkler on a Wednesday and by the next day I had a fixed sprinkler system. my lawn is going to look great this year! highly recommend!"

"It was wonderful working with the owner of the company and it turns out to beautiful relationship. I recommend them to my friends and relatives as well. They were superb. They already did my lawn irrigation and I signed already a lawn contract with them clearly that I was happy with them."

"They did a really nice job with the patio and used reclaimed pavers."

"My call was returned an hour later and the same day appointment was scheduled. Chuck arrived promptly and he was very knowledgeable. He offered 2 options to fix the problem and the replacement with the latest spring system was decided. Chuck did a great job and the garage floor was clean after the installation. We used Green T service twice so far and the experience was great. We highly recommend this company for your home service needs."

"Black Diamond recently came out to do a competitive bid on installing a cleanout line, then doing a hydro jet and descale of the main sewer line in question. On top of being a few hundred dollars cheaper than the original bidder, they found that the original bidder had broken the flange on the toilet when they put it back on and overtightened it. Throughout the process everyone I dealt with was professional, easy to work with, and answered all of my questions. All of that would have been enough for a 5 star review; however, when they got here on the day of the job and went to locate the exact dig space for the line, they found I ALREADY HAD A CLEANOUT LINE (previously most of the estimates had been in ranges based on the original bidder's insistence that this job had to be done, but as it turns out it didn't). That saved me $4,500 on the job, which is pretty awesome! I'm using them for all of our plumbing needs moving forward."

"An A was not a high enough grade to give. Boy do they come prepared. They have the best equipment and the guys work like they have been together doing this forever.. No precautions over looked. I don’t do reviews.. But this was a must.. And the clean up afterwards was spot perfect..."

"Half of their work is very good. The other half is mediocre. They patched, acid etched and coated our 58 year old concrete porch with polymer modified coatings. Less than 6 months later the coating is worn and chipping off. They acid etched and coated the garage floor and said it would probably crack someday. Someday was 3 weeks. They removed the old wrought iron railings and installed new aluminum railings whose angles and placement do not match. They still have not replaced the small railing gate protecting the basement stairs. They installed Unilock Pavers. The pavers are basically level. They were supposed to repair and reinstall our chain link fence gate. They dug out one post and reset it leaning north. The gate was worse than before they started. We had to pay someone else to fix it so that it stays closed. They removed and replaced the asphalt driveway and did an excellent job but we spent 2 weeks with the driveway dug down to the clay with machinery and debris everywhere. The two river rock sections are very well done. They work, when they please. They say “we’ll be here tomorrow” and finally show up days later with increasingly outrageous explanations. This project is not finished and we are very displeased with the quality of the work and the way that Uptime Builders do business."
