Windows, Doors, Facade wall, Kitchen, Siding etc. Have yet to have any bad experience with these guys!! Wonderful, efficient, courteous, professional, and I cannot say this enough… what a crack up! There was one window that they had to reschedule due to the space being very un-level. They ordered a brand new window and scheduled a new date to complete the job for the last window. They called as they were finishing up to explain everything. I also appreciated that I didn't have to be present for them to complete the job so that I was able to go to work."

"Poor installation quality, lack of follow up for warranty coverage. They sub out to local contracts with apparently no quality controls. Gunner put on a new roof, new siding, new front doors, and new gutters. Not one of those was done to complete satisfaction. They covered my dryer vent with Hardie board which could have caused a fire if I didn't smell the burning smell while I was doing laundry. My front 2 doors came in the wrong size after 8 weeks and they had to reorder which took another 8 weeks. Finally, the doors were installed improperly: surrounding trim too short, covered a gap under the step with flashing, and didn't align the doors properly. The flat roof part had to be redone 3 times and it still wasn't properly installed. The property manager at the time, who has since left, was very nice and gave me $1500 credit. I had 2 other roofers out since to look at the problem and both said the flashing was installed improperly and they have to pull off boards etc and this will co"
