He had the part in his truck, pulled the problem item out, installed the new one with the washer tilted back for access, set the washer back upright and tested the electronic readings. "Excellent customer service, quick response and repair at a reasonable cost. My issue was a leaking underground water line in the backyard. I had already dug up the pipe and located the issue. Since the pipe was old and the fitting was not readily accessable, it was beyond my skill set to repair. I requested a quote and within a few minutes had a call from Frank. "Job went great! Bob gave me a very competitive estimate for the Re-Pipe and went the extra mile in recommending materials for the walk on shower I had discussed with him. I accepted his bid and the work was scheduled: replace the main water line from the meter to the house, Re-Pipe all hot and cold water lines inside the home, demo the existing master tub & shower and replace with walk in shower, repair all drywall and ceiling access points and texture as required. Job went great! The main line and Re-Pipe were done in the 4 days promised. The on-site supervisor, Rudy, was awesome and made sure everything was done perfectly. The walk in shower was delayed a day due to shopping damages to the product, but was quickly resolved by the crew as they tracked down an available replacement. A few unexpected problems came up but were quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction. I will keep their name handy for any future plumbing needs."
