"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Water Heater SOS was a lifesaver! When our water heater broke down, they responded quickly, diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed the same day. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Pricing was fair, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend Water Heater SOS for anyone needing fast, reliable water heater repairs!"

"David sold this water heater replacement job to me with his knowledge, professionalism, kindness, and accuracy of what to expect. Jose is a fantastic installer. After he finished, he took the time to explain to me what I needed to know to operate the water heater. I did get cheaper bids but for the money I spent this group was the right call for me. They went above the call of duty to make sure everything was handled correctly. This includes the verification phone call. Thank you young lady."

"We were very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of the company. The plumber Octavio was great, very efficient and pleasant. We will ask for him for future work to be done."

"Overall, it was excellent. Jerry (the owner) came out and was very straight forward as to what needs to be done. Price (compared to 6 other companies) could not be beat. Work was scheduled reasonably quickly and went smoothly. Problems were discovered after installation and when made aware, Jerry and his crew made sincere efforts to set it right – and were able to solve the issues in couple of visits. All of the crew and management went out of their way to ensure that we were satisfied with the work and overall result. Would definitely consider Liberty Plumbing for future work."

"Excellent response to a serious cold water situation. We’re new to SoCal, but had a very old hot water tank. Nick responded the same day I sent out an SOS, gave me a fair price to replace, relocate, and bring my tank up to standards. A consummate professional in all phases of his work. I would hire him again, with no regrets."

"Same day repair on water main line, was here within an hour, work was done"

"Our tech, Albert, arrived about 5:00 p.m. We had the unit ready to be work on and the surround area cleared so he could check the unit out, which he did and quickly found that a "spin shifter" was the problem according the tests and computer lights told him. He had the part in his truck, pulled the problem item out, installed the new one with the washer tilted back for access, set the washer back upright and tested the electronic readings. He ran a short cycle and found that t he unit was working properly. We have since run several loads of laundry and the unit is doing fine. Problem fixed!! As a long-time engineer I asked him a lot of questions, so between his fixing the problem and my curiosity he spent about an hour here. The cost was $244. I was very impressed with Albert's background, experience, and attitude about his job. I'm keeping his card!! DRM"
