"This business is rip off. Don't ever hire them. They ask exorbitant amounts of money and cannot find any root cause. They do not do any thorough inspection and neither they have proper instruments to do it. Please refrain from them"

"Although their salesperson, Jorge, worked to resolve many of my issues, one very large and expensive one was not resolved. The installers nailed into my Gutter Helmet and ruined it. Because it was in the contract that any gutter cover should be removed prior to roof installation, the company would not pay to have it replaced. I acknowledge that I should have read the contract closely and had the gutter cover removed. However, I believe that any reputable company should have seen the cover and informed me of my responsibility. Did they think that I was giving them tacit permission to destroy Gutter Helmet? I can even see a nail that went completely through my gutter. Also, the installers did a terrible job with the flashing that goes from the roof to the brick. The caulking looked like a child had done it. I had to stand outside and supervise as they tried to fix it. The installers killed 4 bushes and damaged 7 others. An installer replaced the 4 dead bushes at his own expense; I am hopeful that the other bushes will survive after extensive pruning. I am still finding screws, nails, plastic pieces and pieces of old shingles in my yard. It's very apparent that they did not use a magnet to clean up or even go carefully over the yard visually. I hope that the actual roof was done properly. I am an older widow and cannot go up on the roof to inspect. I put my trust in RoofRoof and they failed miserably. I would never use this company again and I would not recommend them."

"The work was excellent, however after the installation I discovered that I had been given very cheap product for the price I was ask to pay. I had solid and steady glass doors on the shower doors they remove. They replaced them with very cheap glass that bent like Plexiglass, I've never seen glass bend and also hung like curtains from the top only, no support on the bottom. When I told them I found the doors to be unacceptable for a senior I was told they would remove them, seal the holes and I could hang showers curtain but still pay for the shower doors they will remove. I was expecting an upgrade, instead I was given hanging glass doors for an outrageous amount. The shower makeover I ordered the salesman called it my dream shower, instead it has become a nightmare for me, I have not used this shower as I'm very afraid of using it as I may accidentally bump against the door and fall through it."

"Universal of Windows Direct of Charlotte installed all of our home windows nearly 10 years ago. The windows are just 'OK' as far as quality is concerned, but even though I've bought their cheap windows, they continue to harass me with advertising mail on a regular and frequent basis. I've called the local office and their corporate office more times than I can count, and still I continue to receive their useless ads. Is it really that difficult to be removed from a mailing list? Sometimes something so simple can tell one all they need to know about the company behind it! I won't be using or recommending their products or services again."

"This is for sure the most horrible company I have ever dealt with. They lie about their shipment dates and the quality of their installation is awful. I ordered 2 doors for 10,000 dollars on May 24, 2022. After promising date after date they finally came September 27, 2022. The installation of the doors was a nightmare. We had 3 guys: one guy had no idea what he was doing, the second guy knew not much more, and the guy in charge did not know much more than the second guy. They put on a new front and back door. The handles on the door are crooked as a snake. Also after the salesman plainly told me they would put the storm doors back on, the contractor told me he would do neither. They said they didn't have time. One more thing, none of the guys knew how to put the key locks in the doors. They tried telling me they were the wrong ones and would not fit. My brother in law came over later in the evening and figured the locks out in 5 minutes. These are 3 rookie contractors trying to put in 5,000 a piece doors. If you don't mind spending thousands of dollars for horrible customer service and crappy installation, then this is the place for you. As for me, I will never do business with this pitiful company again. One last thing I wanted to mention is beware of the salesman Brad Juchatz . He is nothing but a complete LIAR ."

"You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
