"Called the company and was able to schedule a visit for dryer repair. The serviceman (Bill) called prior to his scheduled visit to find out model and serial# of the dryer, so that he could bring relevant parts and get the repair job done right away. He arrived shortly afterwards, identified the problem, replaced the damaged parts and cleaned the dryer. He fixed the problem and the dryer is now running smoothly. I was pleased with the prompt and professional service and would hire Superior Appliance again."

"This was an awesome experience. Kevin, the owner, came the same day I called. He was busy with a customer in Indianapolis but would come by at 6 PM. He is a Christian who you can trust to do an excellent job on any appliance he accepts. I had worked on my dryer checking all that I could and as soon as he came he went immediately to the heat sensor and within two minutes he knew exactly what was the problem. He did not have the part but said he would return when he had it. I paid him at that time which was well worth the charge. His fees are in line with the industry standard. Kevin has several years experience working with "Jerry's Appliance Repair" and he knows his business better than most other people working on these. "great, I purchased a special for an electric 40gallon water heater. After some research, it seems a majority of models are all manufactured by the same company under different names. Lowes or Home Depot would have done but the installation after my cost would have been 600-1000 plus. Research buying ourselves by picking up from L/HD but then since we didn't know if the existing one died due to an electrical issue or not, was worried about installing. Plus the cost included draining and removal of old unit. Will be selling house in next two years so fixing was preferable."
