"C&A did a excellent job, they were cheaper than the other estimates I got. However I had no issues at all. I even got a stainless steel chase installed for the price most were charging for galvanized metal one's. I went with the stainless due to the fact it will last forever. C&A clean up nicely. There were prompt, and professional. I would recommend them. Tim Anderson the owner was very honest and professional. Thanks C&A. "In the fall of 2015, we needed our roof replaced due to hail damage. Ian Smith provided a quote, and came out when the insurance adjuster was there. Ian was very upfront that they wouldn't be able to start very quickly, since they were booked. In the meantime, some "boots" on the roof began to leak, and they came out and patched those. The roof took quite awhile to replace, as they had to strip two layers of shingles. There were very thorough and did a beautiful job. We haven't found any debris in the yard or bushes, and they cleaned everything up thoroughly.
In February, 2016, we wanted to have our ceilings redone. Earlier owners of the house had done a "do-it-yourself" texture on the ceilings, and we needed old and unused vents closed up and drywalled. They said it would probably be a few weeks until they could get to us, but two days later, they were able to start. They did a beautiful job. You can't even see where they patched in. They also cleaned the walls and fixtures really well, and didn't track drywall dust all over the house. Again, when they left, you wouldn't have known they were ever there.
We will be hiring Moore Construction for any future jobs we have.

"The quality of the work was well done.  Greg and Adam are very responsive.  Adam does excellent work, and very fast once he had all the cabinets, etc.  The thing folks need to know is that it takes a very long time to get cabinets custom ordered and to get granite selected and cut.  Make sure you build this in.  Overall I think this project took too long to complete (over two months), but the overall final product was really great.

"I called art in the morning and he came right out within an hour to set the trap on the roof. 2 days later the raccoon was caught. He put a stick to hold up a board to cover the entry point to make sure there was no more activity. Experience was very good and you can't argue about the price. Critter Control was going to be about $100 more for the same service."

"This was a very frustrating experience. Mr Sanders attempted to "make everything right" but we wished it all had been done right the first time. It took way too long to complete the work, and although the finished work in most instances is satisfactory, the grief we went through to get to that point was not worth it. Mr Sanders, in our opinion, was overwhelmed by the amount of jobs that he accepted after the hail storm, and did not have the contractors, companies, or individuals to complete the work in a timely and professional manner. We had requested, also, to have "extra" projects done at the same time as the hail repairs, and unfortunately, these projects were not completed as planned either. Mr Sanders is an honest person, who does try his best to get the work completed, however, he does need to do some serious "housecleaning" where is workers are concerned, as they are not representing him well."
