"The crew got here on time and stayed the whole first day, completing the first room and starting the second one. They finished the next day. When arriving home from work that first day, I checked out the floors that were installed. I did notice there was a "bubble" in a small area of the floor and made the comment to Husband who passed it on to the crew the following day. They went out of their way to find out why the floor seemed so soft in that spot and repair it. I was very impressed with their willingness to make sure I was completely satified before they left the following day. They took great pride in their work and I took great pride in their work too.
