"Carlos was great to work with. He came and took measurements, then recommended a place to get cabinets from with a specific person to work with (that person was great as well). He did the demo, re-tiled the floors, installed the cabinets, range hood and appliances, then the back splash. Two weeks later, due to temperature changes, the cabinet drawers shifted, Carlos came back and reset them at no charge. He was always on schedule. I would certainly recommend him."

In order to get "customer service" after the first problem with the shower, I had to practically make a threat. We had decided to return for the shower because of the quality of the product but after emailing, calling and writing , I still haven't had help for the second problem with the shower stall after more than six months. "It was a long haul, but not because of this company.  They showed up every day at 8 AM and worked until 5 PM or later.  There was additional work that needed to be done due to the termite damage.  They did the work very professionally and the money added to the bill for this work was more than fair.  The owner, Brian Fitzgerald, employs VERY capable workers.  They were all friendly, courteous and  arrived on time each day.  They all gave us the impression that they cared about our home as much as we did.  When there was an issue with the finish on the cabinet doors/drawers, Brian went to bat for us with the manufacturer and although it took a few months, the manufacturer corrected the problem to our satisfaction. 
We were never wondering...Brian would always call and let us know what the next step would be.
All things considered, we would highly recommend Wood N' Dreams for any refurbishing (they don't just do kitchens) and we would be glad to have them back anytime.
