"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Victor called to say he would be late for scheduled appt due to part being broken. He thought the place he needed to get replacement part opened at 8 but they didn't open until 9. He showed up about 15 minutes past the new time. He got to work right away and did an awesome job cleaning the tile foyer. The floor looks brand new!!!
