"This company came recommended by my coworker and they got me set up with an appointment right away, and Dustin showed up on time. He was pleasant and helpful, very professional. He spent over 30 minutes here looking at reasons why there was water coming up through our floor and was able to identify it as an air conditioning issue. This is not something that makes him or the company any money, but he was completely honest and did not try to play me or upsell.
