"Because we had moved our furniture into the tiled kitchen that Mike would run his water hose through, I asked him if there was any chance the hose might leak and cause damage to our furniture. He assured us that it was not a concern of his. Mike arrived on time and did a pre-treatment spray on the stains that we were hopeful would be removed. Unfortunately after cleaning all carpets, the stains remained. We asked if he could spend more time to remove the stains, but were told he needed to get to his next job. Needless to say we were disappointed. Well there WAS water on the kitchen floor that had occurred during the cleaning process. As Mike was gathering up the hoses, I started wiping up the floor fearful that my furniture would get wet or someone would slip on the tile floor. He did not offer to help clean up and did not seem concerned that his service had not met our expectations. On the positive side, the carpet was very clean except for the stains.  <br />"

"They had some scheduling issues due to the previous job running over and then the rain. However the manager was upfront about all this and responded to my calls and texts promptly. There was a hiccup in scheduling the inspector to sign off but overall completion was only delayed a couple of days. They made sure to get the dry-in complete and sealed the roof on the first day so there was no risk of any damage from rain. The total cost was more than some other companies but at least they detailed all materials to be used on the roof from one manufacturer. The manufacturer offers a 50 year warranty on the Roof System pursuant to a subsequent inspection of the work. I contracted them through their deal with Sam's Club which has several benefits not offered by other companies. No matter how much wood they had to replace, there was no additional charge per their agreement with Sam's. The price they quote is what you pay. No add-ons."
