"Service was very professional and fast. He was able to come out within a few hours of talking to him. He ran into some issues with replacing the door knobs locks, but he was able to avoid the need to replace all the knobs by taking everything apart. He could have easily just replaced all the knobs which would have cost more, but found a way to fix what I already had. Would use again for any work I need."

"It went well. Michael was very familiar in how to stall doggy doors."

"Thank you for getting the new door installed so quickly we greatly appreciate your hard work and love the look of the new front entry door! Highly recommend!"

"Plumber was professional and did a good job replacing the defective part in the toilet with a new part. I thought the price for the repair was too high for a simple repair that took less than 20 minutes."

"We couldn't be more pleased, they did an absolutely beautiful job. Dana met with us on Saturday and the crown molding was installed the following Thursday. Our home in Sun City West was pre-owned and had crown molding in the living/dining room that had been installed by the previous owners and a different company. We wanted iCrown to install crown molding in our kitchen/family room. I called them last week and the crown molding is already installed. Dana, the owner, is extremely personable, professional and efficient. They even repaired a bad joint in the living room. I can recommend them without hesitation and will definitely call them the next time we need work done.

The team was prompt, professional, and courteous. The challenge was moving from a 3-story condo with a curved staircase. The master bedroom was located on the third floor and had some very heavy furniture to be moved. All small items were previously boxed and ready to go, so the move mostly entailed all of the large items. I was very impressed with the care the team took to wrap and pad my furniture and how careful they were with moving everything. This was no easy task. Moving the furniture into my house was also done with care and the team even assembled the bedframes and placed all of the furniture in the locations at my direction, even willing to re-arrange and offer suggestions.

As great as all that was, there were some issues. I had an arcade machine located at the bottom level. The team mentioned they did not have experience in moving such a piece of equipment. Since it had to be moved... had no choice but to have them make an attempt. Unfortunately, the glass covering the monitor cracked. Not a big deal, but still unfortunate. The other problem was my grill that had to move. The team picked it up from another location and transported it to the house. During transport the grill was not secured properly and it arrived damaged (this wasn't a cheap grill either). The impressive thing is the team owned-up to their mistake and made it right by paying for the repairs.

Overall, I would recommend this company and even use them again for a move.

"Not well.  The installation itself was satisfactory, however, they left dark black fingerprints all over the freshly painted walls, doors and baseboards.  I do mean all over!  The baseboards were completely missing from one of the closets and they insisted they were never there.  It was obvious from the paint lines they were not being truthful.
Much of the new paint was damaged.  I asked prior to them doing the work whether the painting should be done before or after the floors and they said before.  It was obvious the company owner did not check on the work that was done.
I would not recommend them.
