He is very fast, a very respectful communicator, and a great electrician. He is also very fair in his pricing. Everyone else’s quote was $500-600 more and would have taken longer to schedule. "I was pretty happy, except that I made repeated requests for a written invoice, and I don't know if they ever responded with a written invoice. They worked on the outlet and it should be working, but they won't come out and fix the outlet, so it is still not fixed. There were no additional charges. No matter if a work is done as a deal work, if they don't stand behind their work no matter how small, it is not worth it. It is going to cost me money to repair the outlet that they supposedly fixed. It was a very good deal and they didn't charge me anything extra."
