It turned out that we needed not only the wax ring replaced but the floor bolts too. Sam replaced the flexible water line and the valve inside the tank. He said he always uses two rings for added protection and said the bolts were not put on right by the previous company I used. And the water line was a part that he likes to replace just to make sure all is right. And the amount charged was unbelievably fair. "Everything went very well.  One worker found a leak in a pipe under the cabinet when he was replacing a faucet.  He repaired that.  We had purchased the wrong kind of light for our hall ceiling, but since I liked it so well, he rewired it to make it work in our situation.  The crown molding and trim required precise fitting which was done to perfection.  After it was installed, it was painted with precision.  All work was done fast and impeccably!  They cleaned up to the point that I would not have even know the work had been done that day.  They were polite and made sure everything was being done the way WE wanted it done.  We would definitely hire them again to do any service that they were willing to do!
