"We needed a walk-in shower to replace the tub-shower that is currently in the house. The project need to be completed prior to my back surgery, Contacted Five Star Bath Solutions and met with Tom (one of the owners). Right away we could tell Tom was genuine and someone we wanted to do business with. Signed a contract before Tom left. Within 6 weeks our beautiful walk-in shower was installed. Installation, including demolition and city inspection was completed in one day. I did need to have them back to address some caulk, but again no issues and a happy customer. I would highly recommend them for your next bath project"

"Profi's installation of a backsplash was awesome, the craftsmanship is stellar. Nazar and Yrick did a wonderful job and it took even less time than estimated. Highly recommend and we will use them in the future when the needs arise."

"A crew of 4 arrived just before 8:00 AM and worked non stop until about 5:30 Removed existing tub/shower, sound proofed and re-sheeted the walls, installed new walk-in shower unit. When done wiped and vacuumed the area very thoroughly. They very professional and friendly the whole time. We love our new Walk-In Shower. Easy to recommend this group, great experience."

"Very professionally completed my walk-in shower with safety bars, pull down seat, etc. Friendly, great on cleanup, and determined to satisfy customer."

"I cant really rate the company with no service complete. I need a full bath remodel and they only do wet areas like the tub or shower"

"Very well. The tub looks better and I can use the shower without leaking into the lower level."

"Fantastic! Trevor worked personally with us from the initial estimate all the way through completion of construction. He ran every number, gave us lots of different ideas, was patient, and had no problem using the design we brought to him. He asked lots of questions and made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. We knew he would be busy throughout the summer, but he kept us up-to-date with the timeline and met the scheduled start date. When he did start, he was right there with his two guys, 100% hands-on the whole way through. They were extremely professional, and worked hard, bell to bell, from start to finish. We didn't necessarily know what to expect, but they finished in less than 5 days! After they were done, Trevor made sure we got all the relevant inspection and permit paper work, and our yard looked like they hadn't even been there. Except of course for the deck, which is absolutely spectacular! We've been on it every night since they finished and we love it. We couldn't be happier with Trevor, and we will be calling him again when we're ready to finish the basement. Finally, we'll note that we did our research, received several bids prior to making our initial decision, and Trevor came in the lowest by quite a bit. Professional, hard working, exceeds expectations, top notch quality and reasonably priced?...what more could you ask for!? Give Trevor and Minnesota Construction and Property Management a call!"

"Upon inspection by a potential buyer of our home, moisture was found around 2 of our front windows. Knowing that this could be a deal breaker with the buyer, we contacted Matt at Sunset Construction. They came out that very day and met with us. Next Matt put together a scope of work which was very detailed in terms of what he thought the potential problem and cost would be. In order to reassure the buyer and save the deal, Matt was willing to meet with the buyer, the buyer's Realtor, and the buyer's inspector to explain to them the issue and the solution. Matt's expertise and professionalism was apparent to everyone involved and saved the deal."

The work was preformed in a timely manner with the utmost professionalism."
