"The home genius team was very helpful. They put my roof on a while ago and I had a leak recently that they came and inspected. We determined that my box gutters needed fixed and I had them do the job. Walter the project manager was very helpful coordinating the work and the work lance did an amazing job repairing the box gutters."

"The prices are fair and the installation was excellent. A little confusing during installation coordination communications. I think we ended up talking to 6 different company representatives starting from the sales person to the final installation contractor. The installation contractor, Chris, installed large gutter runs by himself and cleaned up after himself. He asked questions during installation to confirm he was doing everything correct. I though this was good. Improvement suggestion would be to strengthen communications between sales, delivery and implementation team members regarding the scope of work."

These guys completed the job, took pictures and were off the roof in less than an hour. Very polite! I paid on line immediately and my insurance was put back into effect after 3 months of trying to find a contractor to do the work for a REASONABLE cost."

"I dealt with Tim for the price and project details and then Jeff was the man who came out to do the job. The deck had previously been done by a guy who did not know what he was doing so Jeff power washed the entire deck and let it dry for 24 hours, then he sanded the deck and scrubbed it down with denatured alcohol to help remove any remaining paint from before. When the deck was dry, Jeff taped off everything and proceeded to edge everything before he rolled a nice thick layer of paint on the deck. We waited another 24 hours and Jeff returned to apply a nice second coat of paint on the entire deck. Tim and Jeff are very easy to work with and I will most certainly come back to them for future projects."

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because on the original date of install we did not receive a phone call that it would need to be rescheduled, the installation team just didn't show up . Thankfully they called to reschedule the next day."
